About the Role
Drive city-wide operational excellence, beauty partner acquisition, and service fulfillment metrics across designated sectors in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day partner fulfillment, on-time arrival metrics, and slot supply coverage.
• Lead offline acquisition and onboarding of high-caliber certified beauticians.
• Manage disposable kit distribution and field inventory logistics.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and enhance booking completion rates across busy weekend cycles.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of operational experience in hyper-local delivery, mobility, or home-services startups.
• Data-oriented approach with strong Excel / Google Sheets analytical capability.
• Fluency in local geography and market dynamics of Gurugram.
