These Terms and Conditions establish the operating framework for Just4Madam doorstep salon services. By scheduling a treatment, you agree to these mutual standards of quality, safety, and respect.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement between customer and Just4Madam
By browsing our website, booking an appointment, or utilizing any services provided by Just4Madam, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our platform.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
Maintaining authentic credentials
To place bookings, customers must provide accurate, current, and complete personal and address information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your verified mobile number.
3. Booking, Confirmation & Service Windows
How appointment slots work
Bookings are confirmed electronically upon successful placement. While our beauticians strive to reach your location precisely within the chosen time slot, unexpected traffic or weather delays of up to 15–20 minutes may occasionally occur. You will be kept informed via SMS or WhatsApp.
4. Geographic Coverage & Service Availability
Current operating locations
Services are currently offered in designated sectors and localities of Gurugram and Sohna (Haryana). We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings in locations outside our serviceable perimeter or where access is restricted.
5. Pricing, Offers & Transparent Billing
Itemized costs with zero surprises
All service charges, package prices, promotional discounts, and applicable taxes are itemized clearly prior to checkout. Any additional service requested during the appointment must be booked through the portal or added with the professional with proper billing.
6. Customer Responsibilities & Working Space
Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment
Customers must ensure a safe, hygienic, and well-lit indoor environment with access to clean water and an electrical outlet (for wax heaters, facial steamers, or hair dryers). For security and safety, an adult female customer must be present at the premises during service delivery.
7. Professional Assignment & Security PIN Verification
Guaranteeing the right professional
For your safety, Just4Madam assigns certified beauticians and issues a unique 4-digit Security PIN for every booking. You must verify the professional's identity and provide the PIN upon their arrival before services begin.
8. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Flexible adjustments when plans change
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge through your account dashboard or customer support up to 2 hours before the scheduled time slot. Cancellations made after the professional is already in transit may incur a nominal convenience and travel reimbursement fee.
9. Payment Methods & Settlement
Cash on delivery, UPI, and online cards
We accept online payments (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking) as well as Cash / UPI upon service completion. Full payment is due immediately after the service is rendered.
10. Hygiene, Products & Health Disclosures
Your health and safety come first
Our partners use single-use disposables and sealed branded products. If you have known allergies, sensitive skin, medical conditions, or recent dermatological treatments, you must inform the beautician before service initiation. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from non-disclosed medical conditions.
11. Quality Feedback & Complaint Redressal
We are committed to making things right
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify our customer care team within 24 hours of service completion. Our audit team will review the concern, inspect product batch records, and provide an appropriate resolution.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Legal framework
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
